About Saunadypp
We are three young men who have always been active in sports. Our interest in health and physical well-being is therefore rooted in our careers in athletics. We launched the Saunadypp project in the second half of 2023.
By the summer of 2024, we could proudly acknowledge that the Faroe Islands’ first floating sauna had become a reality.
The goal of Saunadypp is to offer something special in the realm of wellness in the Faroe Islands. Our wish is that the people, in the Faroe Islands and the people visiting the Faroe Islands, can enjoy an exceptional experience in the Faroese nature.
Saunadypp is founded by three young Faroese entrepreneurs and is built in the Faroe Islands. We provide an opportunity for you experience and to enjoy the wonderful sensation that comes from alternating between heat and cold. Every Saunadypp is built using high quality materials.
Research shows that using a sauna and cold water significantly improves both mental and physical health. With Saunadypp, we offer social experiences within the Faroese natural surroundings.
